"We have done the Snowy Mountain trip for the past 16 years, but only once in our previous Motor Home in 2004, that trip unfortunately did not include Erika, it was only myself and Jackie (R.I.P.) my Jack Russell, it was during that trip I came across Yarrangobilly which is some 64km east of Tumut heading towards Cooma, it has to be one of the very best Camping Spot I have ever come across, fast flowing river, filled with Trout and Yabbies’ (if you work at it), absolute Australian Nature at it’s very best. This time Erika experienced this place 1st hand, she likes it so much that we will go there again early next year. We then traveled towards Jindabyne as my brother has property there, but before arriving there we stopped over at Buckenderra Holiday Village to check it out, it is situated on the shores of Lake Eucumbene, very clean and fishing mecca. Another highlight was The Rest House on Sawyers Hill, outstanding."
